Data from winning entrants will be retained for five years for regulatory and compliance purposes, and their contributions will be retained in line with these Terms and Conditions<\/li><li aria-level=\"2\">For the People\u2019s Choice Award, voters will be asked to provide their email address and country. This information will be used to administer and validate the public vote, including to help prevent duplicate voting. U\u010desnik ovim putem daje saglasnost na takve aktivnosti provjere i razumno \u0107e u potpunosti i u dobroj vjeri sara\u0111ivati sa Sponzorom i Administratorom tokom trajanja prijave. Sponzor ili Administrator mogu, prema vlastitom naho\u0111enju, suspendovati, ukloniti ili na drugi na\u010din diskvalifikovati bilo kojeg U\u010desnika za kojeg se sumnja da je pru\u017eio la\u017ene, obmanjuju\u0107e ili druge informacije koje mo\u017eda nisu u skladu s ovim Odredbama i uslovima, bilo kojom primjenjivom politikom prihvatljivog kori\u0161tenja web stranice ili bilo kojim drugim pravilima ili propisima prijave. Osobe koje neovla\u0161teno mijenjaju ili zloupotrebljavaju bilo koji aspekt prijave ili web stranice, prema utvr\u0111ivanju Sponzora i Administratora, bi\u0107e diskvalifikovane.<\/p><p>PAZNJA: BOKOVI POKUSAJ BILO KOJE OSOBE DA NAMJERNO OSTETI WEB STRANICU ILI NARUSI ZAKONITO FUNKCIONISANJE KAMPANJE PREDSTAVLJA KRSENJE VAZECIH KRIVICNIH I GRADSKIH ZAKONA. UKOLIKO SE TAKAV POKUSAJ DOGODI, SPONZOR ZADRZAVA PRAVO DA ZAHTIJEVA ODSTETU OD BILO KOJE TAKVE OSOBE U PUNOJ MJERI ZAKONA (I DA DISKVALIFIKUJE TAKVU OSOBU IZ PRIJAVE, AKO JE PRIMJENJIVO).<\/p><p>Bilo koji U\u010desnik za kojeg Sponzor ili Administrator posumnja da poku\u0161ava zaobi\u0107i ove Uslove i pravila, uklju\u010duju\u0107i ali ne ograni\u010davaju\u0107i se na kori\u0161tenje la\u017ene e-adrese i\/ili adresa, vi\u0161estrukih identiteta ili drugih prevarnih ili obmanjuju\u0107ih metoda prijave, mo\u017ee biti diskvalifikovan. U slu\u010daju spora u vezi s izvorom prijave, ovla\u0161teni nosilac ra\u010duna e-adrese kori\u0161tene za prijavu smatrat \u0107e se osobom koja vr\u0161i prijavu.
